摘要
随着页岩气资源的大力开发,近年来页岩储层的钻井作业不断增加。水平井结合水力分段压裂技术是实现页岩油气高效开发的关键,在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国家得到广泛应用。然而页岩储层中的水平钻井作业会遇到频繁的井下复杂,如页岩固有的井壁稳定问题、微裂缝引起钻井液漏失问题、长水平段导致的摩阻扭矩过大和井眼净化问题。因此,开发页岩气要求钻井液具有较好的页岩抑制性、封堵能力、润滑性以及携岩能力,以克服钻井过程中可能遇到的问题。为此,文章调研了具有较好性能的油基钻井液、水基钻井液、防塌堵漏的纳米钻井液,并对近几年国内页岩油气开发中钻井液的成功应用情况进行了分析,以期为国内页岩储层的钻井液技术发展、安全钻井作业以及页岩气的高效开发提供参考。
With the vigorous development of shale gas resource,drilling operations in shale formations have been increasing in recent years. Horizontal fracturing combined with hydraulic stage fracturing is the key to achieving efficient development of shale oil and gas,and has been widely used in the United States,Canada,Australia and other countries. However,horizontal drilling operations in shale formations are subject to frequent downhole complications such as wellbore stability inherent in shale,drilling fluid loss due to micro fractures,excessive friction torque and wellbore cleanup problems induced by long horizontal sections. Therefore,shale gas developing needs drilling fluid systems with good shale inhibition,plugging ability,lubricity and rock carrying capacity, to overcome the possible problems in the process of drilling. In this paper an investigation was made on good-performance oil-based drilling fluids,waterbased drilling fluids,and nano drilling fluid. The successful application of drilling fluid in shale oil and gas development in recent years was introduced,in order to guide the drilling fluid technology development,the safe drilling and the effective development of shale gas in China.
