摘要
目的了解细胞色素酶P450家族CYP2C9基因多态性在潮汕地区人群分布的情况,以及基因型分布和基因突变率。方法采用DNA测序法检测204例当地健康志愿者CYP2C9*2和CYP2C9*3的基因多态性。结果204例志愿者CYP2C9基因型检测有184例为*1/*1型,19例为*1/*3型,1例为*3/*3型,频率分别为90.19%、9.31%和0.50%,未发现*1/*2、*2/*2和*2/*3型突变;CYP2C9*3的突变率在男女之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CYP2C9基因在潮汕地区的多态性分布和性别有关,根据基因型的差异进行个体化用药有利于临床治疗。
Objective To investigate the distribution situation of CYP2C9 gene polymorphism among population in Chaoshan area,and gene type distribution and gene mutation frequency.Methods The sequencing method was used to detect CYP2C9＊2and CYP2C9＊3gene polymorphism in 204 local healthy volunteers.Results Among detected 204 volunteers,184cases of CYP2C9＊1/＊1,19 cases of CYP2C9＊1/＊3,and only 1case of CYP2C9＊3/＊3were detected,no case of CYP2C9＊1/＊2,CYP2C9＊2/＊2and CYP2C9＊2/＊3mutation was detected.The CYP2C9＊3mutation rate had statistical difference between male and female（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The polymorphism distribution of CYP2C9 gene is related to gender in Chaoshan area,and the personalized medication according to genotype difference is conducive to clinical therapy.
