摘要
针对目前国内高等院校信息管理专业在实习基地建设中存在的实习基地角色定位不合理、校外实习项目与校内教学内容衔接不足、实习基地对学生就业支持力度不够等问题,提出了构建以校内"信息管理专业教学实践基地"为中心,整合校外实习基地,形成"1个中心,3个平台"的信息管理专业"1+3"模式实习基地群的建设方案,并详细论述了实践教学体系构建、校内教学实践基地建设、校外实习基地建设3个实施步骤。结合学校信息管理专业培养目标和特点,通过数据对比,介绍了该方案4年的建设成果,以期对国内一般理工院校信息管理专业的实习基地建设和人才培养提供一定的参考借鉴作用。
Aimed at the present issues on the positioning about the target and role of the existing practice base, the way to connect the practice programs with teaching content and the relationship between the practice and employment about construction of practice bases in the specialty of Information Management, a solution for constructing practice base group based on ＂1 ＋ 3＂ mode is proposed to make up of a teaching practice base in school as the center joining with several off-campus practice bases as platforms. The three steps of formulating a practical teaching system, construct the school teaching practice base and off-campus practice are discussed in detail. Through the data contrast, the achievement of four years in practice base construction is introduced, these reflect the training target and characteristics of the specialty of information management. This research could provide a reference function on practice base construction and personnel training of information management specialty in general institutes for science and engineering colleges and universities in China.
