摘要
近年来随着人们环保意识的不断增强,对一些穿越生态敏感区的涉水工程引起的水生生态问题日益重视。依托实际项目,分析跨越鱼类自然保护区的桥梁在设计期、施工期和营运期对鱼类资源的影响,并按照减缓、补偿的生态影响防护与恢复次序提出保护措施,对维护自然水生生态环境和鱼类种群多样性,合理持续利用渔业资源具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the increasing awareness of importance of environmental protection in recent years,more and more attention has been paid to ecological problems caused by hydrographic construction in ecological sensitive areas. Using a case study,this paper analyzes the impact of bridge across the fish nature reserve on fish resources in the period of bridge design,construction and operation. Meanwhile,this paper also proposes protective measures in the order of avoidance,protection and restoration of ecological compensation so as to maintain the natural ecological environment and fish diversity. The paper could be a reference to the reasonable and continuous utility of fishery resource.
