BIM技术的发展带动了工程建设项目的协同工作和信息共享。论文基于BIM技术,对A体育馆项目的成本控制进行深入研究,建立BIM模型,进行工程量统计、挣值分析和预测分析,绘制施工期间完成估算预测趋势图,为项目参与各方提供科学的决策参考依据,提高成本管理的效率。
The development of BIM technology has promoted the cooperation and information sharing of engineering construction projects.Based on the BIM technology, paper researches the cost control of A stadium project, establishes BIM model, and does quantity statistics, analysis and prediction of earned value analysis, draws the tendency chart of estimation forecast during the construction, to provide scientific basis for decision-making for the parties involved in a project, and improve the efficiency of cost management.
