摘要
CDIO是"构思(Conceive)""设计(Design)""实现(Implement)"和"运作(Operate)"的英文缩写,是集系统性与先进性为一体的教育理念和人才培养模式。将CDIO工程教育理念引入到"食品机械与设备"课程教学改革中,通过分析教学现状,提出在教学理念、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行积极的教学改革探索,从而达到在教学过程中培养学生主动学习能力、工程实践能力、团队合作能力、沟通交流能力及整个CDIO全过程能力的教学效果。
CDIO is the English abbreviation of Conceive,Design,Implement and Operate,which is a systematic and advanced educational concept and training mode. Based on the CDIO theory,CDIO engineering education mode is introduced into the teaching reform of Food Machinery and Equipment. The teaching concept,teaching methods and evaluation modes are proposed and are actively reformed based on the analysis on the teaching facts. By the reform,the independent learning ability,practice and innovation ability,team-work ability,communication ability,and the whole CDIO process capability of students are cultivated or exercised.
