摘要
目的:对替吉奥联合奥沙利铂与FOLFOX6(奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶)方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效进行对比研究。方法:将某院2013年1月~2015年6月收治的66例晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组33例患者采用FOLFOX6方案治疗,观察组33例患者采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率为48.48%,对照组为42.42%,两组治疗有效率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组获益率为81.82%,明显高于对照组的36.36%(P<0.05)。结论:替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌效果确切、安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective：To study and compare the effect of tegafur gimeracil otera combined with oxaliplatin and FOLFOX6（oxaliplatin＋leucovorin calcium＋fluorouracil）in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods：66 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer treaten in a hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group were treated with FOLFOX6 regimen,and the observation group were treated with tegafur gimeracil otera combined with oxaliplatin,then compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The effective rate observation group was 48.48% ,and the effective rate of control group was 42.42% ,there was no obvious difference between the two gorups（P〉0.05）.The benefit rate of observation group（81.82% ）was obviously higher than that of control group（36.36% ）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of tegafur gimeracil otera combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is exact,with high security,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
