摘要
就业难是当前社会面临的一个重要问题,而大学生创业是解决当前大学生就业的重要途径之一。通过运用SWOT矩阵分析法,分析当前大学生就业形势和创业现状,以及大学生创业的自身优势与劣势和外部机会与挑战,并结合新常态下我国经济社会发展与大学生就业实际为大学生创业设计了4种战略选择:开拓型战略(S-O)、谨慎型战略(W-O)、创新型战略(S-T)和防御型战略(W-T),为进一步加快大学生创业和提高大学生创业成功率提供一些思路。
Employment is the current social norm, and college students＇ entrepreneurship is a crucial solution for the current employment of college students. By applying SWOT matrix analysis, this paper first analyzes the current situation of college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of college students＇ entrepreneurship as well as opportunities and challenges. Finally combining with economic and social development in our country and college students＇ employment and entrepre- neurship under the new normal, four strategic options have been designed as follows ： pioneering strategy （ S - O）, cautious strategy （W- O）, innovative strategy （S- T） and defensive strategy（W- T） so as to provide new thoughts for further accelerating the speed of entrepreneurship for college students and to improve the success rate of college students＇ entrepreneurship.
