摘要
胶体金免疫层析技术是以免疫层析技术、胶体金标记技术相结合的一种新型免疫学技术,具有精确、快速、特异、高效、便捷等特点,较适用于基层和现场快速检测。文章主要论述了胶体金免疫层析技术的特点、基本原理和方法,并详细介绍了该技术在药物残留、病原微生物、生物毒素方面的应用现状,结合该技术的优缺点对以后的发展方向进行了展望。
As a kind of novel immunological technique, Colloidal-Gold Immunochromatography Assay （GICA） combines immunochromatography with immunogold labeling technique and it is suitable for the primary and on-site rapid testing with the characteristics of accurate, rapid, specific, efficient and convenient. Mainly discuss the characteristics, basic principles and methods of GICA technology, and its application status in drug residues, pathogenic microorganisms and biotoxins. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of GICA, its development prospects are expected.
