摘要
近些年,随着众多学者对桩土相互作用的研究和认识逐渐深入,关于桩土接触面的受力特性的研究成为热点。但在预制桩贯入过程、休止期及静载荷试验中桩土界面受力状态如何能够被准确测试一直是研究的难点。硅压阻式压力传感器是一种智能化测试元件,并且因其优良的测试特性而被应用于土与混凝土结构物的接触问题中。本文通过详细阐述硅压阻式压力传感器的结构组成、测试原理以及其在试验中的应用和试验结果的分析,论证了其被应用于预制桩贯入过程、休止期及静载荷试验中判断测试桩桩土界面力学机制的可行性,并为硅压阻式压力传感器测试技术应用于岩土工程其他相关领域开辟了一条新路径。
In recent years,the research on the mechanism characteristics of the pile-soil surface gets more attention with the scholar's further study on the pile-soil interaction. However,it's difficult to accurately measure the pile-soil interface stress of prefabricated pile in the process of the penetration,the rest period and the static loading test. The silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensor is an intelligent test element and be widely used in concrete structure contact for excellent testing performance. The feasibility of the silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensors used for the pile-soil interface measurement during the process of the penetration,the rest period and the static loading test is discussed through explaining the structure,testing principle and test application of the sensors,which opens up a new way for the application of the sensors in the related fields of geotechnical engineering.
