摘要
在对黑龙江省对俄跨境电子商务的现状进行分析的基础上,运用态势分析法确定了黑龙江省跨境电商的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并根据以上条件对黑龙江省跨境电子商务提出合理的对策建议,从而促进黑龙江省跨境电子商务快速有序的发展.
On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of Heilongjiang to Russia cross-border E-commerce,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Heilongjiang province cross-border E-commerce are determined by using the method of situation analysis. At the same time,it put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for cross-border E-commerce in Heilongjiang province according to the above conditions to promote the rapid and orderly development of cross-border E-commerce.
