摘要
选择芯模与旋轮间距、热处理温度、进给比3个参数设计正交试验,以布氏硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度作为旋压成形的连杆衬套筒形件的力学性能评价指标,利用Taguchi方法,通过分析其信噪比获得较优的参数组合以及各参数对于连杆衬套力学性能影响程度的顺序。将优化后的参数组合与优化前的参数组合进行对比试验。结果表明,利用Taguchi方法可以有效地对强力旋压参数进行优化,以使旋压成形的连杆衬套筒形件具有更好的力学性能。
The orthogonal experiment was designed by choosing the spacing between the core mold and the wheel, the temperature of heat treatment and the feed radio, and the mechanical properties of connecting rod bushing were discribed by brinell hardness, yield strength and tensile strength. The optimal combination of parameters and the order of influence on mechanical properties of the connecting rod bushing were obtained by using Taguchi method and analyzing the signal-to-noise ratio. The parameters combination after optimization and those before optimization were compared and tested. The results show that parameters of power spinning can be optimized effectively by using Taguchi method, so that the connecting rod bushings after spinning can have better mechanical properties.
