摘要
工业绿色发展是建设生态文明的必由之路,是绿色制造的内在要求。长江中游城市群同处工业化中期阶段,共同面临经济发展和生态保护的难题。在"不搞大开发,共抓大保护"的理念下,走绿色工业协同发展之路是推动长江中游城市群发展的必然选择。当前,长江中游城市群存在工业污染排放强度大、降能耗任务严峻、绿色发展协作程度低等问题,有必要从绿色工业选择、绿色技术研发、绿色产品市场体系共建及工业废弃物绿色处理等层面构建协作机制,提升长江中游城市群工业从生产到消费全生命周期的绿色化,促进长江中游城市群绿色工业的协同发展。
Industrial green development is an necessary way to build ecological civilization,and it is also the inherent requirements of green manufacturing. The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river are all in the middle stage of industrialization,and facing the problems of economic development and ecological protection. Under the concept of ＂ No large-scale development,take great protection together＂,it is the inevitable choice for the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river to take the road of green industrial development. Currently,the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river is facing the problem of large emission intensity of industrial pollution,big differences among the industrial energy consumption,heavy task of reducing industrial energy consumption and low degree of green industrial development cooperation. It is necessary to build a cooperation mechanism from green industry selection,green technology research and development,green product market system construction and green processing of industrial waste,and promote the greening of the whole life cycle of urban agglomeration industry from the middle reaches of the Yangtze River to promote the coordinated development of green industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
