摘要
采用传统力学计算和有限元分析相结合的方法,对某型号货车驱动桥壳装配体进行静力学分析。在各极限工况下,驱动桥壳的最大等效应力均小于材料的许用应力,垂直弯曲静强度试验评估指标Kn>6,满载轴荷,驱动桥壳的最大变形量小于1.5 mm/m,满足其强度和刚度要求。有限元分析结果与力学计算的强度误差率较小,因此,有限元分析方法可以为其他驱动桥壳以及类似结构的设计与分析提供参考。
The driving axle housing assembly model of truck was studied by combining mechanical calculation and finite element analysis. The maximum equivalent stress of the drive axle housing under various conditions was less than the allowable stress value, in addition, the evaluation index of vertical bending static strength experiment was Kn 6 and the maximum deformation of the per-meter track was less than 1.5 mm, which met the strength and rigidity requirement. The strength error between finite element analysis and mechanical calculation was small. Therefore, the finite element analysis can provide reference for the design of other driving axle housing and similar structure.
