摘要
采用紫外分光光度计,分析测定林间筛选的对黄野螟Heortia vitessoides Moore具有不同抗性表现的土沉香Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg植株(感虫植株、抗1植株、抗2植株)叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及单宁的含量。结果表明,3种不同抗性的土沉香叶片中可溶性糖含量从大到小依次为:感虫叶片,抗1叶片,抗2叶片;可溶性蛋白含量从大到小依次为:感虫叶片,抗2叶片,抗1叶片;叶片单宁含量从大到小依次为:抗2叶片,抗1叶片,感虫叶片。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的变化与其抗虫性呈负相关,单宁含量与抗虫性呈正相关。
The content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and tennin from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis( Lour.) Gilg were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. These leaves showed different resistance towards Heortia vitessoides Moore. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in resistant leaves were significantly lower than susceptible leaves. However,the content of tannin in resistant leaves was obviously higher than susceptible ones( resistant trees 2 〉resistant trees 1 〉susceptible trees). The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein had negative correlations with the resistance,while the content of tannin had positive correlations with the resistance.
