新疆产业单位GDP能耗时空演变特征分析 被引量:1

Temporal and Spatial Evolution of Energy Consumption Per Unit GDP in Xinjiang's Industrial Units

摘要 选取2005~2015年数据,从时间和空间的角度对新疆单位GDP能耗进行了分析。结果表明:时间上全疆具有全行业单位能耗总体降低,工业单位能耗呈现"W"型逐渐增加,交通运输、仓储及邮电通信业单位能耗呈现出倒"V"型变化,重工业能耗有序下降,轻工业单位能耗总量小降幅大等特点。空间上呈现出地州单位GDP能耗在2009和2015年出现拐点、石河子市与和田地区是全疆单位能耗的"两极"、高单位GDP能耗地州分布逐渐向天山北坡经济带集中等动态变化趋势。为此,提出了应深入贯彻"绿色"发展理念,倡导低碳经济;积极应对气候变化,推进碳交易市场建设;严格产业准入负面清单;实行精准财政支出的建议。 Based on the data of 2005-2015, the energy consumption per unit GDP of Xinjiang is analyzed from the angle of time and space.On the time, Xinjiang unit GDP energy consumption reduced year after year; unit GDP energy consumption of industry appeared as "W" trend; warehousing and postal and telecommunication services unit GDP energy consumption present comparison "V" type change; unit GDP energy consumption orderly dectinein heavy industry'GDP energy consumption of light industry unit has small amount but large decreasing amplitude. On the space, the turning points of the unit GDP energy consumption is appeared in 2009 and 2015.Shihezi and Hetian is the "Two Poles"; the state with high unit GDP energy consumptiondistribution to gradually concentrated in the TianshanNorthern Slope economic zone. Therefore, we should further implement the "green" development concept to solve problems. That is. advocating low carbon economy; coping with climate change to promote carbon market construction;strictly making draft list g of industry admittanee;implementing precise fiscal spending.
