摘要
目的 通过介绍Pecha Kucha法,论述其临床护理查房中的实际运用情况,探讨护理查房汇报时使用Pecha Kucha法对提高护理学生核心胜任力的效果.方法 采取现况调查选取重庆市内某教学医院的呼吸内科30名护理实习生作为研究对象,2016年1、3月使用传统多媒体PowerPoint进行护理教学查房汇报4次,2016年2、4月使用基于Pecha Kucha法的多媒体进行科室护理教学查房汇报4次,并使用问卷对Pecha Kucha法实施前后的效果进行比较.结果 护理学生认为临床护理查房中运用Pecha Kucha法在汇报质量(人际沟通、管理、查房内容管理及临床护理能力)、查房反馈5个评价条目优于传统的多媒体PowerPoint查房汇报,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 护理教学查房活动中尝试运用Pecha Kucha法能增强护理学生的人际沟通和护理工作管理能力,拓展临床护理的教学实践能力,提升了护理品质.
Objective To discuss the application of the Pecha Kucha approach in clinical reporting rounds and to explore its effects on enhancing students' core competency. Methods Totally 30 nursing students who practiced in the department of respiratory medicine in a training hospital in Chongqing were selected for this prevalence study. They received reporting rounds education with traditional multimedia PowerPoint for 4 times in January and March 2016,and such education based on the Pecha Kucha approach for 4 times in Feburary and April 2016. The effects before and after the use of the Pecha Kucha approach were compared with questionnaires. Results The nursing students believed that the Pecha Kucha approach in reporting rounds in clincal nursing was better than the traditional reporting rounds with multimedia PowerPoint in 5 dimensions such as reporting quality(interpersonal communication,management,content management and clincial nursing competence)and feedback(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The Pecha Kucha approach,when applied in reporting rounds in clincal nursing teaching,can enhance studnets' competence in interpersonal communication and nursing management, extend the teaching practice in clinical nursing,and improve the quality of nursing.
