摘要
目的观察针刺改善甲状腺次全切除术后患者焦虑抑郁状态的临床效果。方法选取2014年11月至2016年2月于广东省中医院甲状腺外科行甲状腺次全切除术术后患者150例,随机分为常规处理+针刺组(A组)、常规处理+非穴位浅刺组(B组)、常规处理组(C组),每组50例。基于医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评估患者术后焦虑抑郁状态改善情况。结果在改善焦虑和抑郁状态方面,A组HADS减分率均大于其余两组,总有效率均高于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论针刺能有效改善甲状腺次全切除术后患者的抑郁焦虑状态。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the relief of the anxiety and depression after subtotal thyroidectomy. Methods 150 patients undergoing subtotal thyroidectomy from November of 2014 to February of 2016 in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided randomly into three groups. Group A received the regular treatment and acupuncture therapy, Group B was given the regular treatment and placebo acupuncture therapy and Group C was treated with the regular treatment. Each group consisted of 50 cases. Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale （HADS） was used to assess the improvement of the patients＂ anxiety and depression. Results Group A was significantly better in the decrease of the HADS score and the overall effective rate than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively relieve the patients＂ anxiety and depression after subtotal thyroidectomy.
