摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定中、低碳铬铁中磷量是一种常用的分析方法。通过对中、低碳铬铁中磷含量不确定度的研究,分析了其不确定度的主要来源,并对各不确定度分量进行评定。
It is a normal analysis method to determine P in medium low ferrochrome with ICP-AES. Though studying the uncertainty of P in medium low ferrochrome,this paper analyzes the main resource of its uncertainty,and make evaluation to all kinds of uncertainty components.
