The current teacher professionalization only focuses on the methods, technology and pattern, and advocates utilitarianism-oriented performancism. So a teacher is alienated as a "professional"preacher, which leads to the opposite of teacher professionalization. To this end,we must break the hierarchical, ultimate shackle of the traditional society which is based on people's occupation, power, wealth and ability, establish the equal, independent view of ordinary people on the basis of human nature that includes finiteness, generativity and symbiosis, and furthermore disenchant the sacred profession of the teacher. Therefore, only being rooted in human nature and inspiring their educational wisdom in accordance with the idea of ordinary people, can teachers become colearners, unfinished learners and symbiotic learners with students who keep pace with the times. And the tree of teacher professionalization can be ever green.
