氨基酸螯合锌对长白猪生产性能和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究氨基酸螯合锌对育肥猪生产性能、抗氧化力和锌含量的影响,选用长白阉公猪28头,随机分为4个组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加不同剂量的氨基酸螯合锌,对其生产性能和抗氧化力等指标进行测定。结果表明:(1)试验2组可显著提高长白猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),试验3组可显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。(2)添加氨基酸螯合锌可提高肌肉和血清的抗氧化力能力,其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性逐渐提高(P>0.05);总抗氧化能力(TCA)以试验3组最高,且肌肉中试验组与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),血清中抗氧化力试验2组和3组与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05);铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)在肌肉中以试验1组最高,血清中以试验3组最高,但各组均无显著差异(P>0.05);丙二醛(MDA)在肌肉和血清中均以对照组最高,但各组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)肌肉和血清中锌含量随饲料中氨基酸螯合锌浓度的增加而升高,但各组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮中添加氨基酸螯合锌可提高大白育肥猪的生产性能,并能提高机体抗氧化能力和锌沉积效应。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Zinc amino acid chelate on growth per-formance ,antioxidant capacity and Zn content in pigs. 28 Landrace boars were selected and randomly di-vided into four groups, pigs in the control group were fed the basic ration, a basal diet was added in the control group, experimental groups were added Zinc amino acid chelate respectively. The results showed that: 1) the experimental group 2 can significantly improve the average daily gains and feed intake (P〈C 〇.〇5), experimental group 3 can significantly reduce the feed/gain ratio(P〈0. 05) ; 2) Addition of zinc a-mino acid chelate can improve muscle and serum antioxidant capacity index, the glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX) activity increased gradually, but no significant difference (P 〉0. 05) ; total antioxidant capacity (TCA) value to group 3 was the highest and exist significant difference (P 〈0. 05) with control group in muscle, group 2 and group 3 had significant difference (P〈0. 05) with control group in serum; copper zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu Zn SOD) value to group 1 was the highest in the muscle and to group 3 was the highest in serum, but each group had no significant difference (P 〉0. 05). Malondialdehyde (MDA) val-ues in muscle and serum were the highest in the control group, but there was no significant difference be-tween each group (P 〉0. 05). (3) The zinc content in muscle and serum increased with the increase of zinc concentration, but there was no significant difference between the groups (P 〉0. 05). It is concluded that diets added zinc amino acid chelate can improve the production performance of Landrace and can improve the total antioxidant capacity and zinc deposition effect.
