摘要
目前,工厂化生产和标准化现场装配使装配式建筑受到大力推广,集装箱房屋由于低碳环保、移动便捷和适应性强等特点在建筑领域得到广泛应用.与集装箱的传统用途相比,当集装箱作为建筑载体使用时,需满足采光、通风及其他使用方面的需求,这就需要在集装箱上开设洞口,洞口的开设必然对集装箱的整体性造成影响.在调研集装箱房屋门窗洞口开设常规做法的基础上,利用ABAQUS对不同开洞率的集装箱在水平荷载作用下的纵向受力性能进行模拟分析;然后对开洞率较大的集装箱的洞口进行了加固,进一步分析了加固措施对集装箱受力性能的影响,并根据荷载传递的有效性对加固措施进行了优化;根据分析结果对建造集装箱房屋时的洞口设计给出了建议.研究能够为后续集装箱房屋的设计和研究提供借鉴和参考.
Nowadays, the factory production and standardized on-site assembly make prefab-ricated construction vigorously promoted. Container building is also widely used because of its low-carbon green,mobile and adaptable. In comparison with traditional use of container? building of containers in lighting, ventilating and what to meet the living needs is a must. So it is necessary to make square holes on the container? and such situation will weaken the in-tegrity of container. On the normal practice of hole-opening on container building, this paper attempts to make a study on longitudinal mechanics performance of container with holes un-der horizontal load through ABAQUS for reinforcement of the container with larger opening ratio, and analysis of reinforcement measures on the mechanics performance of container. Based on the validity of load transfer, the reinforcement measures are optimized. Some sug-gestions about the hole forms of actual container buildings are put forward based on the anal-ysis result. The research result can offer some references for the design and study of contain-er buildings ahead.
