摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声监测胎儿脐动脉与大脑中动脉,对妊娠期子痫前期患者病情评估的价值。方法选择我院收治的轻度妊娠期子痫前期患者52例作为轻度组,重度子痫前期患者52例作为重度组,另选取同期来院接受体检的正常孕妇52例作为对照组。使用彩色多普勒超声对三组胎儿脐动脉与大脑中动脉血流参数进行监测和分析。结果轻度组和重度组的脐动脉S/D、RI以及PI水平均显著高于对照组,重度组脐动脉各指标均高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度组、对照组大脑中动脉的S/D、RI以及PI水平均高于重度组,轻度组大脑中动脉的S/D、RI和PI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子痫前期患者实施彩色多普勒超声诊断监测脐动脉与大脑中动脉血流参数具有显著临床意义,能够有效评估患者病情严重程度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the fetal umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery （ MCA） in patients with preeclampsia during pregnancy. Methods Fifty-two patients with mild preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as mild group and 52 patients with severe preeclampsia as the severe group, and 52 the normal pregnant women served as control group. Blood flow parameters of umbilical artery and mid-dle cerebral artery in three groups were monitored and analyzed by color Doppler ultrasonography. Results The S/D, RI and PI of umbilical artery in mild group and severe group were significantly higher than those in control group. The umbilical artery index in severe group was higher than that in mild group （ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of S/D, RI and PI of the middle cerebral artery in the mild group and the control group were higher than those in the severe group and the mild group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can be used to monitor the blood flow parameters of umbili-cal artery and middle cerebral artery in patients with preeclampsia, which can effectively evaluate the severity of the disease.
