摘要
为了降低5424Z工作面的粉尘浓度,提出了对5424Z工作面进行煤层静压注水的方法,利用水分充分湿润煤体,达到降尘、防瓦斯的效果。结果表明:对煤层进行2次静压注水试验后,工作面的降尘率分别为64.25%、60.04%,轨道巷的降尘率分别为17.71%、29.79%,瓦斯浓度平均下降68%、65%,工作面瓦斯释放均匀,注水效果显著。
In order to reduce the dust concentration in 5424 Z working face, a method of hydrostatic injection of coal seam for 5424 Z working face is proposed, that is using moisture to wet the coal to achieve the effect of dust fall and gas control. The results show that: after two hydrostatic injection tests on the coal seam, the dust fall rate of the working face is 64.25% and 60.04% respectively, and the dust fall rate of the track way is 17.71% and 29.79% respectively. The average gas concentration is 68% and 65%; the gas release in working face is even, and the water injection effect is remarkable.
