摘要
随着新一代信息技术的广泛运用,分享经济发展模式正广泛应用到各个行业,采用云计算的技术,科技资源得到快速的开发与共享。根据演化博弈理论,充分考虑共享主体个性特点,构建演化博弈模型,得出科技资源云平台共享与企业间协同创新能力、共享风险以及云平台科技资源异质程度等密切相关,而且企业共享意愿最大时,存在一个最优的投入弹性和最大的共享吸收能力。基于此,为进一步推动科技资源开放共享,提出四点建议:积极推动企业间开展共性技术的交流和合作开发;大力加强云平台信息安全、降低企业共享风险;合理确定云平台异质性共享资源开发规模和开发力度;大力提升企业共享能力。
With the extensive application of new generation of information technology, sharing economic development model is widely used in various industries, and with the use of Cloud Computing Technology, science and technology resources have been developed and shared rapidly. According to evolutionary game theory, and considering shared subject characteristics, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model to show that the technology resource cloud platform sharing is closely related to the inter enterprise collaborative innovation ability, sharing risks and cloud platform scientific and technological resource heterogeneity. When enterprises have the biggest sharing willingness, there are optimal input elasticity and maximum absorption capacity sharing. Based on this, in order to further promote the sharing of scientific and technological resources, there are four suggestions: promoting the development of common technology exchanges and cooperative development between enterprises actively; strengthening the cloud platform information security and reducing the risk of enterprise sharing; reasonably determining Cloud Platform heterogeneity and resource sharing scale development efforts; and vigorously promoting enterprise sharing ability.
