摘要
针对云台外罩塑件特征较多,脱模困难等特点,运用整体系统设计方法,设计了7种不同结构的脱模机构,模具成型零件采用整体式结构,各机构布局紧凑、设计合理、运动可靠、加工容易,实现了塑件的自动化生产,降低了模具制造成本,为同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the characteristics of the pan head cover with variety of teatures, and it was difficulty to demoulding, the demoulding mechanism with 7 different structures was designed by the system design method. The mould forming parts were designed by the over- all structure, and every mechanism was compact layout, at last the mould design was rea- sonable, the movement was reliable and the parts were easy to manufacture, which achieved the automation production of the parts.
