摘要
目的了解辽宁省省属综合医院住院患者满意度的现状并分析原因,以期为提高住院患者满意度提供参考。方法通过第三方采用自填调查问卷的方式,对省属8家综合医院800例住院患者进行调查研究。结果住院患者的总体满意度得分是4.53±1.05,患者对医疗费用、护工服务、医疗膳食满意度较低。结论住院患者总体满意度较好,应提高护工服务水平,合理改善医院膳食,适应降低医疗费用。
Objective: To understand the present situation of inpatient's satisfaction degree with province-affiliated comprehensive hospitals,analyze the reasons and provide a reference for the improvement of the inpatient's satisfaction degree. Method: The authors of this paper made 800 inpatients in eight comprehensive hospitals investigated and studied by means of self-filling questionnaires of the third party. Result: They find that the overall satisfaction score of the hospitalized patients is 4. 53 ± 1. 05,and the patients had low satisfaction w ith medical expenses,nursing services and medical diet. Conclusion: The overall satisfaction of the hospitalized patients is generally good,w hile nursing service should be improved,hospital meals should be improved reasonably,and medical expenses should be reduced appropriately.
