全程无缝隙带教方法在临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨全程无缝隙带教方法运用于临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年5月该院接收的78名学生作为研究对象。按临床实习带教方法的不同,将其平分为研究组、常规组,每组各39名。采用全程无缝隙带教方法对研究组学生进行临床实习教学,常规实习学生则采用临床传统带教方法,并将两组理论知识与临床实践能力评分进行对比。结果研究组与常规组学生在理论知识、临床实践能力评分对比,差异均具有统计学意义(t=4.160、P=0.000,t=5.635、P=0.000)。结论相较于传统带教模式,全程无缝隙带教方法可有效提高学生理论知识水平及临床实践能力,同时提升临床实习教学质量,具备临床意义与实施价值。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the all-closed teaching modes in clinical practice. Methods 78 student nurses worked from April 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were equally divided into two groups according to the different teaching methods, 39 cases in each group. The study group received the all-dosed teaching modes. The conventional group received the conventional teaching modes. The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practical ability for two groups were evaluated. Results The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practical ability for study group were compared with those of conventional group, the differences were significantly different (t=4.160, P=0.000, t=5.635, P=0.000). Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching modes, the all-closed teaching modes can effectively improve the student nurses' theoretical knowledge and clinical practical ability. It is of great importance in clinical practice.
