摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科理念在人工全髋关节置换术围手术期的临床疗效。方法选取于2016年2月—2017年1月在我院行人工全髋关节置换术患者112例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,于围术期给予对照组常规治疗,观察组于对照组基础上,应用加速康复外科理念,观察并比较两组首次下床活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症的发生情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者首次下床活动时间及住院时间较对照组均明显更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率为12.50%,较对照组的35.71%明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行人工全髋关节置换术患者,于围手术期应用加速康复外科理念可有效缩短患者住院时间,减少并发症的发生,有利促进患者术后康复,同时还可提高患者满意度,改善医患关系。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of enhanced recovery after total hip arthroplasty during perioperative period. Methods 112 patients with total hip replacement in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, the patients in the control group received routine treatment during the perioperative period, the observation group was treated with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on the basis of the control group. The first ambulation time, the length of stay, the postoperative complications and the degree of satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The time of hospitalization and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 35.71%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, application of enhanced recovery after surgery during perioperative can effectively shorten hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, favorable to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients, but also improve patient satisfaction, improve relationship.
