摘要
智能AGV运输车是自动化物流运输系统以及柔性生产系统的重要设备,针对当前物流仓库运输的需要,结合现有AGV控制系统的基本要求,搭建了基于PLC控制的运动底盘和一个拥有升降功能的车架的运输车。实验结构表明,该设计可以同时具有运输与升降功能,在通讯模块接收到上位机信号,并将信号传达到车载控制模块,车载控制模块便可控制驱动模块完成设定的任务,实现物品运输与升降,同时具有良好的避障和导航定位功能。
AGV automatic transport vehicles is the important equipment for automaitc retrieving system and Flexible Transfer System. According to the requirement of the current logistics warehouse and the basic requirements of the existing AGV control system, a movement chassis based on PLC control and a carriage with lifting function are set up. The experiment results indicate that the design not only on transportation but also can lift. When the communication module received the signal from the upper computer. The onboard control module can control the drive module to up and down. It also has the fuctions of obstacle avoidance and GPS.
