摘要
本文以AFS-3100测定水质中汞为例,从参数设置、试剂浓度和标准系列配制等方面谈原子荧光法测汞的经验,并用标准样品和废水分别对准确度、精密度、加标回收率进行有效验证,准确度和精密度良好,结果可靠。
In this paper, taking the determination of mercury in water by AFS – 3100 as an example, we discuss the experiences of mercury measurement by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry, by parameter setting、 reagent concentration and the preparation of standard solution. With standard samples and wastewater, we verified accuracy,precision and standard recovery rate respectively.By a series of analysis,the accuracy,precision and result of the experiments prove reliable.
