摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法对和顺第一初级中学特色体育项目——咏春拳的建设运行情况进行阐述。研究发现,该校推行"一校一品"对提高学生体质和培养学生终身体育意识具有重要的影响。同时,也总结了该校"一校一品"建设的启示:育人为本,健全人格,促进学生身心健康,体魄强健;在游戏中教学,让学生体验乐趣与成功;全校动员推广,多方协调合作;培养体育骨干,提升师资水平,打造"一校一品"团队;因"源"制宜,因"地"制宜地开展;校内外一体化,引领区域体育文化发展。
By using the method of literature,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper illustrates the construction of Wing Chun at Heshun No. 1 Junior High School as a special sport program. The study finds out that the implementation of 'one school,one product'has great effect on improving students ' physical fitness and cultivating students ' lifelong sports consciousness. At the same time,it summarizes the enlightenment of the program: education originated,healthy personality,promotion of overall fitness,and bodybuilding; combining teaching in games for students to experience fun and success; whole school involvement in promotion,multi-side cooperation; cultivation of elite sport teachers to promote teaching level; building 'one school,one product 'team; developing according to origin and location; as well as integration of in school and out to lead regional sport culture development.
