摘要
为了解黄胸蓟马Thrips hawaiiensis(Morgan)取食为害与辣椒防御之间的关系,研究了黄胸蓟马取食对不同辣椒品种体内的3种防御酶活性的变化。结果表明,随着黄胸蓟马取食时间的延长,不同辣椒品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐上升,在取食时间72 h后3种防御酶活性达到最高值。不同辣椒品种的防御酶活性上升程度不同。在同一品种中,各处理下的酶活性大小依次为:若虫取食(NF)>成虫取食(AF)>对照(CK)。表明辣椒体内防御酶变化与辣椒品种、黄胸蓟马虫态和取食时间有关。
In order to explore the relationship between the Thrips hawaiiensis feeding and defence of pepper,this paper investigated the activity changes of three defense enzymes in different pepper varieties after T. hawaiiensis feeding treatment. The results showed that with the feeding time extension of T. hawaiiensis,the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD),peroxidase( POD) and catalase( CAT)was increased,and the activity of three enzymes reached the highest after feeding 72 h. The activity rising of defense enzymes was different in different variety of pepper. In the same variety,the activity amount of enzymes is as follows: nymphs feeding( NF) > adult feeding( AF) > control treatment(CK). It indicated that the change of defense enzymes in pepper was associated with the pepper variety,insect state and feeding time of T. hawaiiensis.
