摘要
目的观察亲情护理在焦虑症患者临床护理中的应用疗效。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2016年1~12月我院精神科收治的72例焦虑症患者,依照护理方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,对照组36例患者应用常规支持治疗护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上,增加亲情护理干预措施,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果常规治疗基础上,护理实施后,观察组中度抑郁患者和重度抑郁患者的人数明显小于对照组,两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生理健康、心理健康、社会健康和整体健康水平分别为(84.8±10.1)、(79.1±13.6)、(85.6±9.3)、(85.2±14.2)均明显高于对照组患者(71.8±9.5)、(69.2±9.7)、(72.3±9.6)、(72.1±12.2),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情护理在焦虑症患者临床护理中的应用疗效确切,具有较高降低焦虑作用,同时能整体提高患者的整体健康水平,值得临床护理实践推行。
Objective To observe the effect of family nursing in clinical nursing of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods 72 patients with anxiety disorder in psychiatric department in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected by retrospective method. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. 36 patients in the control group were treated with routine Support treatment and care, the patients of the observation group based on routine care in the control group, were given the family care intervention measures, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results After nursing care, on the basis of routine treatment, the number of patients with moderate depression and severe depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The data of the two groups were significant and statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The physical health, mental health, social health and overall health level were （84.8 ± 10.1）, （79.1 ± 13.6）, （85.6 ± 9.3） and （85.2 ± 14.2） in observation group respectively, and significantly higher than those in the control group which were （71.8 ± 9.5）, （69.2 ± 9.7）, （72.3± 9.6）, （72.1±12.2）, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of family care in the clinical nursing of patients with anxiety disorder is effective and has the effect of reducing the anxiety and improving the overall health level of the patients. It is worthy of clinical nursing practice.
