摘要
目的:分析中西医结合护理在减轻骨科患者疼痛方面的效果和临床应用价值。方法:选择我院收治的骨科患者84例,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,所有患者行手术治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组护理方法为中西医结合护理;以患者的总满意率和疼痛评分为观察指标进行比较。结果:观察组效果更佳,总满意率更高,虽然两组患者的疼痛程度均有所减轻,但是观察组患者的减轻程度更大,与对照组相比P<0.05具有明显的统计学差异。结论:中西医结合护理效果显著,能够明显改善骨科患者术后的疼痛程度,有利于维持患者内环境和生命体征的平衡,有利于患者疾病的快速恢复,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effect and clinical application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in reducing the pain of orthopedic patients. Methods： 84 cases of orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. All patients underwent surgical treatment. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The patients’ satisfaction rate And pain scores were compared for the observed indicators. Results： The observation group had better effect and the overall satisfaction rate was higher. Although the pain degree of the two groups was alleviated, the degree of alleviation was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈0.05） The Conclusion： The effect of combination therapy between Chinese and western medicine can signifcantly improve the degree of postoperative pain in orthopedic patients, and it is helpful to maintain the balance of environment and vital signs in patients. It is benefcial to the rapid recovery of patients’ diseases and is worthy of clinical application.
