摘要
独立学院在应用型人才培养目标下,开展实战型赛教相融的教学改革有利于深化校企合作,提高应用型人才培养的质量。改革实施中,首先对营销课程的知识体系进行了分解,然后与相应的学科竞赛进行对照,形成了3阶段的竞赛承接模式,即创业类竞赛巩固基本知识和复合知识,仿真模拟类竞赛提高策略知识的掌握,最后通过与企业合作开展的实战竞赛提高程序性知识的应用。从近两年来的应用探索来看,实训基地被激活,学生的学习兴趣及课程成绩均得到提高。
Independent college promoting marketing course reform by integration of practical subject contest and teaching will deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, as well as improving the quality of applied talents training. We decompose the knowledge system, and then correspond it to subject contest. Finally, we propose a contest model of three stages: entrepreneurship competitions reinforce basic knowledge and complex knowledge, then simulation competitions reinforce strategy knowledge, and the last practical competitions reinforce procedural knowledge. The result of the reform in the past two years is that the training bases are activated, and the learning interest as well as the score is improved.
