摘要 基于汽车轻量化技术,对变厚板(VRB)技术进行研究,研究了VRB工艺结构特性、生产特性及使用特性,研究结果表明:VRB技术结构特性、生产特性及使用特性均优于TWB技术,并且VRB技术在汽车车身结构件中应用广泛,有效促进汽车轻量化技术的发展,同时,VRB技术为绿色制造业奠定基础。 On the basis of automotive light -weight engineering technology, the technology of variable -thickness rolled blank has been studied. The technical process structural characteristics and production & operating charac-teristics of VRB have been researched. The results show that VRB technology is superior to TWB technology in technical process structural characteristics and production & operating characteristics. Moreover, the widely applica-tion of VRB technology in automotive body structural part has effectively promoted the development of light-weight technology. Meanwhile, VRB technology establishes basis for environmentally conscious manufacture.
