激发剂对钢渣混凝土性能的影响

Influence of Activators on the Properties of Steel Slag Concrete

摘要 在前期对激发剂掺量进行筛选的基础上,选用4%Na_2SO_4、1%NaOH、1%Na_2SiO_33种激发剂以单掺掺量进行两两双掺及三掺,分别加入到以20%钢渣粉、50%钢渣砂和30%钢渣石替代的基准钢渣混凝土中。通过将掺入不同激发剂的钢渣混凝土和普通混凝土分别养护3、7、28d,测定钢渣混凝土的抗压强度及其差异值,比较不同龄期活性激发钢渣混凝土的抗压强度,并对抗压强度较高的一组钢渣混凝土进行抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验,分析钢渣混凝土在4个月侵蚀期内的抗侵蚀性能。研究表明,激发剂能显著提高钢渣的活性,从而提高钢渣混凝土的强度;单掺1%NaOH对钢渣混凝土的激发效果最明显,其养护28d强度甚至超过了普通混凝土强度。不同激发剂作用下钢渣混凝土在养护28d时,抗压强度表现差异明显,且将3种激发剂复掺时配置的钢渣混凝土效果最好,与未掺入激发剂的钢渣混凝土相比其养护28d强度的增长效应值达到了23.4%。不同激发剂的加入对钢渣混凝土抗侵蚀性能影响不同,但总体上对抗侵蚀性能有帮助。 On the basis of the screening of the amount of the activator in the previous stage,three kinds of activators:4%Na_2SO_4,1%NaOH and 1%Na_2SiO_3 were selected,and 2 double dopant and three dopant were added with single content.They were added to the concrete of steel slag concrete which was replaced by 20% steel slag powder,50% steel slag sand and 30% steel slag stone.By adding different activators of steel slag concrete and ordinary concrete curing respectively to 3 d,7 d,28 d,the compressive strength of steel slag concrete and difference value was determined to compare the compressive strength of steel slag concrete activated by different ages.And a group of steel slag concrete with higher compressive strength was tested against sulfate attack,and the corrosion resistance of steel slag concrete during 4 month erosion period was analyzed.The research showed that:the activators significantly improved the activity of steel slag,thus improving the strength of the steel slag concrete;the effect of single 1% NaOH addition on steel slag concrete was the most obvious and the 28 dstrength was even stronger than the ordinary concrete strength.Under the influence of different activators,the compressive strength of the steel slag concrete was obviously different when curing 28 d.When the 3 activators were mixed,the steel slag concrete had the best effect.Compared with steel slag concrete without activating agent,the growth effect of curing 28 dstrength reached 23.4%.The addition of different activators had different effects on the corrosion resistance of steel slag concrete,but in general,it was helpful to resist erosion.
