摘要
螺桩安装后经过一段时间,发生断裂。采用金相、化学、断口扫描等分析方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:拧紧力矩过大,导致螺桩氢脆敏感性增加是螺桩断裂的直接原因;为了避免回火脆对氢脆的影响,调整了回火温度。严格执行装配工艺,避开回火脆裂温度区间,螺桩未再发生断裂。
The studs were breaked after installation, and means such as metallographic examination, chemical analysis and fracture scanning were used to analyze the formation reason of breaks. The result shows that the tightening torque excesses the requirement, and increases the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity, which is the direct reason of breaks. In order to avoid the effect of temper brittlement on hydrogen embrittlement, the tempering temperature is adjusted. And the break of the stud no longer occurs by avoiding the temper embrittlement temperature and carrying out the installation process strictly.
