摘要
水溶性及单一晶相的NaYF_4∶Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)上转换纳米材料,具有良好的上转换发光性能和应用,一直受到人们的青睐。本论文以氯化钠、氟化铵、硝酸钇、硝酸镱和硝酸铒为原料,以乙二醇为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷铜为稳定剂,在反应釜中180℃下反应12 h,合成了α-NaYF_4∶Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)上转换纳米颗粒。采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明,制得的NaYF_4∶Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)上转换纳米材料为纯立方相,颗粒分散性良好,粒径在54 nm左右;在980 nm激光激发下,由于Er^(3+)离子的能级迁跃,发射出522 nm和540 nm的绿光和670 nm的红光。
Water-soluble and single crystal phase NaYF4∶Yb^3+,Er^3+ upconversion nanomaterials have good upconversion luminescence properties and been applied in many fields.In this paper,α-NaYF4∶Yb^3+,Er^3+ upconversion luminescence nanoparticles were synthesized through solvothermal method,with sodium chloride,ammonium fluoride,ammonium nitrate,ytterbium nitrate and erbium nitrate as raw materials,with ethylene glycol as solvent and polyvinylpyrrolidine copper as stabilizer.All the materials were mixed in a reactor and then the reactor was kept at 180 ℃ for 12 h.After cooled to room temperature and precipitated with acetone(or ethanol),the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that NaYF4∶Yb^3+,Er^3+ nanoparticles are of pure cubic phase,and with good dispersibility.The diameter of nanoparticles was about 54 nm.Under the excitation of 980 nm laser,NaYF4∶Yb^3+,Er^3+ nanoparticles emit green light with the wavelength of 522 nm and 540 nm,and they also emit red light with a wavelength of 670 nm due to the energy level of Er^3+ ions.
