摘要
目的:分析人性化护理在PACU(麻醉恢复室)护理工作中的应用效果。方法:择取医院收治的全麻手术患者86例,根据患者的个人意愿划分为常规组和人性组,每组各43例,常规组患者术后进入PACU接受常规护理,人性组患者术后进入PACU接受人性化护理。对比两组患者的术后苏醒时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:人性组患者的苏醒时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度指标均优于常规组,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化护理应用于PACU(麻醉恢复室)中,能够有效加快患者的术后苏醒速度,减少并发症发生情况,改善患者护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective：To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing in PACU（anesthesia recovery room） nursing work. Methods： 86 cases of general anesthesia were selected in hospital were divided into normal group, and human group according to the patient＇s personal wishes, 43 cases in each group, conventional group patients after entering PACU received routine nursing, human group patients received humane care in PACU. The postoperative recovery time, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： the recovery time, complication rate and nursing satisfaction index of the patients in the human nature group were better than those in the conventional group, and there was statistical difference in the data,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the application of humanized nursing in PACU（PACU）, can effectively accelerate the patient＇s postoperative recovery rate, reduce the complications, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, is worthy of promotion and application.
