摘要
以高浓度丙烯腈废水为研究对象,考察反应温度、时间、引发剂投加量对废水中丙烯腈去除率的影响。由放大试验确定最佳工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间10 h,引发剂投加量2 g/kg,最终自聚物送入锅炉焚烧。丙烯腈废水自聚处理工艺稳定可靠,是一种新颖的高浓度丙烯腈废水处理方法,为工业生产中丙烯腈废水处理提供新的技术支持。
The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and initiator dosage on the removal rate of acrylonitrile in wastewater were investigated with high concentrations of acrylonitrile wastewater.The results showed that the optimal conditions of process were as follow by the pilot scale testing:reaction temperature 60 ℃,reaction time 10 h and initiator dosage 2 g/kg.Finally,the self-polymerization extraction of acrylonitrile wastewater was burned in the boiler.The established self-polymerization method of stable and reliable treatments could be used as best process for high concentration acrylonitrile wastewater.A new method of dealing with the acrylonitrile wastewater was successfully developed,which would supply a new technology to the industrial production.
