摘要
目的采用加权综合指数法,对某三级甲等传染病医院各临床科室的医疗质量进行评价,为医院管理和决策提供参考依据。方法通过文献分析和专家咨询,选择工作负荷、工作质量和工作效益三个维度,包括12项关键指标组成指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用加权综合指数法构建综合评价模型,对各临床科室的医疗质量进行综合评价。结果手术科室的综合指数排名明显优于非手术科室。位居前三位的是ICU、甲乳外科和泌尿外科,综合指数分别为:3.22,2.66,1.96。排名末三位的是肝病五科、康复科和放疗科,综合指数分别为:0.78,0.73,0.62。结论加权综合指数可以科学、客观、全面地反映医院临床科室的医疗质量。
Objective To evaluate the medical quality of clinical departments in tertiary infectious hospital by weighted comprehensive index method, and provide reference for hospital management and policy making.Methods The comprehensive evaluation index system including 12 key indicators from three dimensions of work load,quality and efficiency was constructed with literature analysis and expert consultation. The method of analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weight of indicators. Weighted comprehensive index method was used to construct comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate medical quality of the various clinical departments.Results The comprehensive indexes of the surgical departments were better than the non-surgical departments. The top three were ICU, the thyroid and gland surgeryand urology. The comprehensive indexes are 3.22, 2.66, 1.96.And the last three were the fifth endemic area of hepatopathy, rehabilitation and radiotherapy. The comprehensive indexes are 0.78, 0.73, 0.62. Conclusion The weighted comprehensive index can reflect the medical quality of clinical departments scientifically, objectively and comprehensively.
