摘要
家蚕(桑蚕)和蚕桑产业在我国古代经济发展中就具有重要作用,人们在利用家蚕蚕丝作为丝织品原料的同时也将蚕蛹等作为食品以及中医药的原料加以利用。现如今,随着国家"一带一路"战略的提出,古老的丝绸之路又被重新认识和发扬光大,与此同时,家蚕的经济、食药用价值亦愈发受到人们的关注与重视。本文概述了家蚕不同形态阶段及其产物在食用、药用、保健等方面的价值与研究现状,同时也对目前家蚕开发利用中存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了一些思考和解决方案。此外,对家蚕资源的进一步开发利用,拓展蚕桑资源新领域和新市场进行了展望。
The silkworm（Bombyx mori Linnaeus）and the sericulture industry played an important role in ancient economic development.The silkworm silk was used as the main source of silk raw material at that time,the silkworm chrysalis was also used as the raw material of food and traditional Chinese medicine.Nowadays,the strategy of＂One Belt and One Road＂is being proposed,the ancient Silk Road was re-recognized and carried forward,meanwhile,the economic,edible and medicinal value of silkworm have attracted more and more attention.The research situation and value at different stage of silkworm in edible and medicinal industry are summarized.Some problems existing in the present silkworm development and utilization are also analyzed.Reasonable solutions,further development and utilization of silkworm resources are proposed,and new areas of sericultural resource development are prospected.
