铜冶炼沉降电炉渣与转炉渣混合选铜工艺探索 被引量:2

The Mixed Beneficiation Exploration of Ausmelt Copper Smelting Electric Settling Slag and Converter Slag

摘要 为整合资源,对某铜冶炼厂澳斯麦特沉降电炉渣和高品位转炉渣进行了混选探索,通过工艺方案对比和全流程闭路试验探索了选铜优化工艺流程,闭路试验获得的尾砂铜含量为0.249%,铜回收率为91.71%,为实现两渣混选工程化提供了技术支持。 The mixed beneficiation of Ausmeh electric settling slag and high grade converter slag was conducted to integrate production resources. The optimal technological process was obtained based scheme comparisons closed circuit trials. Under the optimal tentative scheme, the result showed slag tailing contains 0.249% and 91.71% Cu recovery. The mixed beneficiation experiment would provide technical support to mineral processing commercial application.
