摘要
通过对4种不同级配橡维联沥青混合料的主要路用性能进行比较,得出其最佳级配为AC-13C,橡维联最佳掺量为1.5%,同时通过正交设计,对采用最佳级配、最佳掺量下的橡维联沥青混合料干拌施工工艺的影响因素(搅拌温度、搅拌时间、延迟时间)进行极差分析,得出施工工艺因素影响动稳定度、低温破坏应变及冻融劈裂强度比的敏感性由大到小依次为:搅拌温度、延迟时间、搅拌时间。
Comparison on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture of four different gradations mixed with crumb rubber XWI. was conducted, and it was concluded that AC-13C is the optimum gradation and the optimum content of XWL would be 1.5%. By means of the orthogonal design, the range analysis of influencing factors, which include the mixing temperature, mixing time and delay time, of the dry process of the asphalt mixture mixed with optimum amount of XWI. and gradation was conducted. In order of sensitivity, the influencing factors that affect the dynamic stability, low temperature failure strain and freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength would be mixing temperature, delay time and mixing time.
