摘要
过度医疗和医学化是当前人文医学界的热门话题,尽管有关其成因和解决措施的论述颇多,但大多停留在就事论事的层面上。对两者的概念做历史和哲学的分析,澄清其内涵以及两者的区别和联系,才能正确把控后续研究工作的方向。过度医疗是伴随着现代西医出现的新名词,它强调医学对身体和生命的纵向入侵,其根源与生物医学的认识论相关;而医学化是一个传统概念,它强调医学对社会的横向控制。除了两者的区别,过度医疗和医学化也有共同点,它们都指向医学对人的操控,它们为人类带来了保健福利,也为其套上了禁锢的牢笼。
Overtreatment and medicalization are hot topics in the field of humanistic medicine.Although there are a lot of discussions about the causes and solutions of these problems,most of them stay at the practical level.We should do the historical and philosophical analysis of their concept,clarify the connotation of the concept and their difference and relation,in order to keep the correct direction of follow-up research work.Overtreatment is a new term with the emergence of modern western medicine,which focuses on medical depth invasion in physical body and life.Its roots are related to biomedical epistemology.The medicalization is a traditional concept,which emphasizes the social control of medicine.In addition to the difference,overtreatment and medicalization also have something in common that is they all point to the medical intervention,discipline and remodeling,which not only bring to human health benefits,but also set a prison cage for the human.
