摘要
指挥士官是基层干部的得力助手，普通士兵的“代言人”，提升指挥士官的法律意识，能够促进依法治军方针在基层落地生根。从培养指挥士官法律意识的必要性、指挥士官法律意识的现状及成因和提高指挥士官法律意识的途径等三个方面论述了武警部队指挥士官法律意识培养的重大意义及途径。
Commanding-sergeants are powerful assistants of primary-level officers, who are also the representatives of soliders. The rule-by-law Army consolidation policy will be enhanced by promoting the legal consciousness of command sergeants. Four aspects are emphasized from the sense of promoting legal consciousness of commanding-sergeants,the current situation and the causes of weak legal consciousness of commanding-sergeants, to the methods of promoting legal consciousness of commanding-sergeants.
