摘要
目的观察鼻内镜下等离子低温射频消融联合吸切器行腺样体切除术的疗效和安全性。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月西安交通大学第一附属医院耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科收治腺样体肥大儿童40例,应用等离子低温射频消融系统,联合电动吸切器在内窥镜下切除肥大腺样体,观察手术疗效。结果40例患者均达到临床治愈标准,术后鼻塞、鼾症、流脓涕症状均消失。随访6-18个月,28例(42耳)分泌性中耳炎均治愈,无复发及其他并发症。结论鼻内镜下等离子儿童腺样体切除联合电动吸切器具有视野清楚、创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快及无复发等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective The aim of the study is to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of adenoidectomy using endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation and microdebrider system. Methods A total of 40 children with adenoid hypertrophy were collected from Department of Otorhinolaryngology, The First Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, from June, 2015 to June, 2016. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with microdebrider system. Results All patients reached to the criteria of cure, and the symptoms of postoperative rhinostegnosis, snoring, and pus snot disappeared. Followed-up 6-18 months, 28 cases of secretory otitis media cured, and have no recurrence and complication. Conclusion The endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with microdebrider system is a potential method for adenoidectomy in children with adenoid hypertrophy, which provides clear scope, less wound, less bleeding, fast postoperative recovery, and no recurrence.
