探讨肌肉骨骼的超声检查对患有慢性足底筋膜炎患者的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨肌肉骨骼的超声检查对患有慢性足底筋膜炎患者的应用价值。方法:选取2016年2月~2017年2月间于本院接受治疗的足底筋膜炎患者40例作为研究对象,分别对患者的足底与健侧足底进行肌骨超声进行2次测量,时间间隔在3~5d,比较两侧的足底筋膜厚度,并对重测信度进行评估。结果:经过测量与验算,健侧与患侧的足底筋膜重测信度分别为0.91与0.85,数据提示重测信度较好;将健侧足底筋膜厚度与患侧足底筋膜厚度进行比较,明显看出患侧足底筋膜高于健侧,且差异比较存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌骨超声能够对足底筋膜炎患者的患侧足底筋膜厚度进行测量,为临床诊断提供参考,同时,在治疗过程中也能作为康复参照,具有较大的临床利用价值。
